General Order Questions
Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped. Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Unfortunately at this time, USA Clothing Market does not offer free shipping; however, we do charge the lowest cost possible for shipping charges. Each vendor on our marketplace will offer different shipping rates — some free. Please be sure to check with the vendor’s shop page for their shipping rates and policies.
At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request directly on the vendor’s shop page on our marketplace. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address. If you placed an order for any of our USA Clothing Market brands, you can contact us at support@usaclothingmarket.com for delivery changes. However, once you place your order, there is only a 24 hour period before your order ships. After this time period, you will not be able to change your delivery address. In this case, please keep a lookout of your tracking information and contact your local post office..
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the website to see the current status of your order here. Most orders take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. If you ordered from a different vendor on our marketplace, you need to contact them directly via their shop page to get order status information. We are not responsible for tracking your order if you placed an order with another vendor. They will help you in tracking your order.
