Return/Exchange Policy

Non auction items can be returned within 14 days just as long as product has not been damaged in any way. After this time period, there are no refunds. 

    Reasons for Returned Items

    You can return a SheriVeri brand for any reason just as long as it has not been damaged in any way and must be returned with 14 days of the date you received item.

    Items that cannot be returned include clearance sale and auction items.

    How long does it take for refund?

    Once we inspect your return, it will take up to 7 to 10 business days to receive the refund back to the original form of payment.

    How will you get your money back?

    You will receive your refund back to the original form of payment. Any shipping fees you have paid will not be refunded and you are responsible for paying to ship your items back to us.
